CrossFit is not a specialized fitness program but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of the ten generally recognized fitness domains: Cardiovascular/Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance and Accuracy.
